This program is a 3 week program in which you are required to listen to a hypnosis recording and complete tasks on a daily basis.
You will be given access to an online portal where you will be able to download the daily hypnotic recordings and your daily tasks.
The program includes:
-3x Weekly Hypnotic Recordings
-A Support Hypnotic Recording for use during the program and beyond
-Information about Weight Loss and ways you can overcome cravings and bad habits
-Tasks to help you reaffirm the transformation you are making to your subconscious mind during the hypnosis program.
-Unlimited email support from your Hypnotherapist
3 weekly sessions. Virtual Sessions are offered regularly, and if for any reason you miss a session, you will be sent a recording of the session so you don't miss out.
You may not be the only person at the session, but you are not required to turn on your camera.
The session is conducted as a webinar, so no-one else will know that you are in the session.
You will not be required to speak, just listen , learn and enjoy the Hypnosis practice.

If you need to speak to the Hypnotherapist, you will be given instructions on how you can privately communicate with her.
You can join a private face book group for support.
