You can join a private face book group for support and access to your hypnotherapist

3  weekly sessions. Virtual Sessions are offered at 3 different time slots throughout each week, and if for any reason you miss a session, you will be sent a recording of the session so you don't miss out.   

You may not be the only person at the session, but you are not required to turn on your camera.

The session is conducted as a webinar, so no-one else will know that you are in the session. 

You will not be required to speak, just listen , learn and enjoy the Hypnosis practice. 

If you need to speak to the Hypnotherapist, you will be given instructions on how you can privately communicate with her.

What will you need?

A computer/laptop, iPad/Tablet or your phone with internet access.

Wearing headphones are better (though not necessary).

3 Individual session with your Hypnotherapist either in our clinic at Bensville NSW or via a telehealth consultation.
